My Top 3 Affiliate Marketing Tips

What I am about to reveal will probably not make some fellow gurus happy, but this needs to be said:

- No matter what they say about affiliate marketing, it’s virtually impossible for everyone to get those 5,000 - 10,000 dollars a month they are raving on about. The reason? There is simply too much competition! However my fellow gurus are correct on one point: No money will fall into your hands if you are not doing anything to get it there…

I decided to help you get started in the right state of mind, by giving you these high level tips below, that will help you make some money with the different kinds of affiliate marketing programs you can find on the internet.

1. Google Adwords

Some say the days of free traffic are over, but there are still some traffic coming that way, however those hits are surely fading away quickly. You can choose to work hard creating web pages that rank well in the search engines, but still - it’s very hard to do. If you still feel like trying, there are lots of Search Engine Optimization Guides available for you to download, both paid and free.

Simply by paying for clicks with Google (it’s called the Adwords program), you can get the top three positions on the search engines that matter the most - in a matter of minutes. It may come as no surprise to you that there are lots of guides available on how to optimize your google adwords campaigns as well! Did you know that the “engine” that drives some of the traffic is called Adsense? The adsense program allows website owners to put ads on their sites, and when the ads are clicked - the site owner just made some cents online. Most Google Adwords Guides recommend turning off that part of the campaign, due to the click fraud involved, which will give you bad quality, non converting traffic.

2. Your own email list

Building an email list of subscribers is hard, but doable. The task of sending offers to your very own email list is the ideal way to build a residual income online. Instead of sending traffic away and hoping for the best, the best alternative for you (in my opinion) is having your own email list to which you will be able to send multiple offers on periodic intervals. There are lots of autoresponder services that you can subscribe to, and if you feel like having total control, there are several Autoresponder Scripts available for purchase as well.

3. Having Your own affiliate program

Did you know that the gurus are aware of the fact that every visitor that fills out form on your site can generate 50 cent in revenue? What about if you pay someone 25 cents (50% commission) to generate that same amount of traffic, that you would otherwise pay Google to get?

This is the secret most newbies don’t know (and that the gurus don’t want you to know about): Let others generate the traffic you need to make some sales! There are a lot of advantages using this approach, including the fact that now others pay Google to get the traffic for you.

Final Words:

Yes, when it all comes down to it, everything involves paying for traffic in one way or the other. Just remember - in order to make the online income you dream about, you’ll need to invest very wisely in the different kinds of advertising available to you.

To Your Success,

Plettenberg Bay Property is easily one of the best investments that you can make. Why do I say that?

Plettenberg Bay is known for its extremely great weather and beautiful beaches. The weather is just about perfect and for at least 300 day of the year you will experience excellent weather.

Accommodation Garden Route is very popular and having a property in Plettenberg Bay which is the Jewel of the Garden Route ensures that you will always have your holiday or coastal property fully booked.

During the December Holidays Plettenberg Bay Accommodation is fully booked. Locals will move out of their homes to accommodate visitors. Just a few weeks before these holidays start, the Matric Rage send thousands of young people to Plett to have their first holiday as so called “grown ups”.

Just a few kilometers away you can experience the world’s highest bungy jump when you jump down from the Bloukrans bridge and fall the 216m to the river below. (Still think they are mad :-))

Plettenberg Bay is not just a great place to invest, but also an excellent place to stay.

Every year people from all over come and watch the whales as they play in in the shallow waters of the Bay. Here they raise their calves and play to the amusement of us all before they leave to come back next year.

The Garden Route is most probably the greatest attraction in the Tourism indusry in South Africa.

The Best Groomsmen Gifts for My Best Buddies

So I finally did it. I popped the question to a great girl. I was really nervous, but she made it easy. We have not set a wedding date yet, but it will probably be next summer sometime. But as she reminded me, it is not too early to begin shopping for groomsmen gifts.

I am pretty sure who I am going to pick to be in my wedding party. My best friend Tommy from high school and a few buddies from my college years in Massachusetts. What kind of gifts to get them, however, is a different question altogether.

All my friends have different tastes. Tommy loves the outdoors so maybe a personalized deluxe cooler would be a good gift for him. He can take his cooler to campaign or sporting events and have his beer nice and cool. My friend Jimmy from college is an avid golfer and he also likes to travel. So I am thinking of a nice canvas travel bag as his wedding gift.

And lastly my friend Jesse is a very handy guy. He likes to have a neat gadgets and tools for his wedding gift. I am thinking of multi tool pliers for his wedding gift to be my groomsman.

There are so many choices right now for wedding gift is making my head spin. But some research tells me that I can do most of my shopping online in the comforts of my own. I am looking forward to getting married and to my wedding. Hopefully my friends will all like their groomsmen gifts.

There are so many advances that are taking place all around us in terms of the understanding of the workings of the universe and how the law of attraction works in conjunction with our subconscious minds in order to determine the paths we take in our lives. It is when unfortunate things start to happen to us such as the experiences of suffering from memory loss that we find that we really need to dig deep and to really understand that which we are all about.

Many publications are around the speak about the power of positive thinking and exactly how that can really help to shape our lives. Is it the way that we think about ourselves that really affects the way that people look at us and treat us. Positive thinking is something that is still not really understand and fully appreciated by the masses but you can be sure that using this as a tool in our lives really does work for the best.

Suppose we are faced with a condition such as memory loss or even something such as Parkinson’s Disease ? what are we to do ? there is so much evidence that shows that we can develop our memories and neuro science tells us that the neurons and workings of the brain actually will continue to operate and as long as we are alive. There are many who have been suffering from Alzheimers and other mental illnesses who have overcome them with a combination of positive thinking and exercising of their brain muscles.

Seeking Weight Loss Tips And Advice

I have been over weight for to long! So it’s time to develop a weight loss plan. I don’t want to spend days studying all the fads out there, I just need a few good weight loss tips and advice to help me get started. Like choosing the proper diet. Even though here is no such thing as “the” proper diet for every individual. Nevertheless, all humans are similar enough that there are probably broad categories, and many specifics, that are correct for almost anyone. A good diet like the the old-fashioned “balanced diet” that has remained largely unchanged for 60 years or more.

My friend said, why dont’ you try one of those fad diets? So I wonder, are fad diets a bad idea? It seems almost as if there is a new fad diet every week. Many of these contain elements of truth, but on the whole they contain much more good marketing than good science.

There is the 3-day diet, which touts eating little more than fruits for three days, followed by vegetables or meat or grains the other days. There are lots of variations. I just don’t know.

I have read that “the South Beach Diet is a phased approach to weight loss and nutrition. In the three major phases dieters will eat selected foods and avoid others, in order to balance the glycemic index to lose weight and achieve optimal metabolism.” What the heck is the “glycemic index”?

With all the diet informatiom available, it looks like it’s going to take me a lot longer than expected to figure out the best plan for me. Oh well, I suppose I will doing a little more reseach on the subject.

When surfing by several online las vegas travel guide, nearly all the people look for the showy side of las vegas, like the strip, shiny lights, discos, music and more. But seldom people will seek for info about the natural beauty rounding vegas, a few travellers know or visit these natural beauties of Vegas.

Agreed that these sites are quite a outdistance from Vegas, but its worth your time and a little bit of money you spend to get there. The Bryce Canyon National Park, which I would specially like to mention, is about 270 miles from Las Vegas, with a negligible entry fee of around $20 per vehicle, has an absolutely breathtaking views. While inside the park, watch out for some of the wildlife particularly the Great Basin Rattlesnake, bald eagles, and golden eagles.

Red Rock Canyon is another such great place to visit, its also a very nice deviation form the regular flashy life of Vegas. Its just 30 minutes drive from the famous Las Vegas Strip, its your perfect desert excursion, but its also a popular place for Las Vegas Weddings.

Lake Mead is another great area nearby in which to enjoy the great outdoors of the Nevada desert. Lake Mead is a man-made lake and the 16th largest of its kind in this hemisphere. This lake was created by the Colorado River and the Hoover Dam and is about 1.5 million acres (I don’t know about you but that figure to me is actually staggering). This area is a very popular area for boating, swimming, and as wildlife observation area.

My Las Vegas travel tips for readers of my blog will be, get a little ways out of Vegas otherwise you’ll never notice the sun going down for all the bright lights.

Complementary Therapies for Anti Aging

Myths and legends abound concerning elixirs for eternal youth but, unfortunately, none of them are true. For the time being, there is no quick fix to slaying young. However, there is lots you can do to keep yourself fit and healthy, young at heart and looking more youthful.

There are many ways you can change your diet and lifestyle to improve your well being into old age. There’s also a lot that conventional medicine and complementary therapies can do to help you ‘beat the years’.

While many people stay fit and healthy well into old age, some develop chronic diseases associated with ageing, such as heart problems, diabetes, arthritis, acid reflux disease or osteoporosis. A chronic health condition can age people much faster than ‘normal’. However, if you do have a long-term health problem, don’t give up hope. There are many complementary therapies you can try (like tantric yoga exercises) that, while they might not cure you, can help to relieve your symptoms, increase your life expectancy, and improve your mobility and well being.

All the conventional medicines available today can have side effects and you should find out what these are, and report any you experience to your doctor or pharmacist. Do not stop taking a prescribed medicine without consulting with your doctor.

In the West, it is this conventional medicine that has undergone the most extensive testing and research. Some alternative therapies like the many meditation techniques may not be susceptible to this type of analysis, and where research has been carried out it has often been of insufficient quality to be scientifically conclusive about the therapy’s efficacy.

Having said that, many complementary therapies have been practiced for literally thousands of years, and have the weight of tradition and anecdotal evidence to support them, even though they may not have been subjected to clinical trials.
